This is an outstanding honey type produced on the margins of the Salado River, where the weather is mild and humid. Different kinds of clover, such as red and white clover (Trifolium sp.), horn clover (Lotus sp.), and alfalfa (Medic ago sp.) thrive in natural grasslands and man-grown pastures where cattle feed.

This is finely crystallized honey that has a low humidity content. Its sweet taste and light aroma and flavour makes it exquisite. It has a very clean colour and is classified as “White”.
